Forum and thread block highlight

I hate to request this but I haven't seen the mod for it. I am looking for the entire block to highlight when you mouse over it and be able to click it and not just the link to the forum or thread.
Im not sure if i am explaining this correct so if it doesn't make sense, just say something.
