I have a request for a (what seems to me, probably not very) complicated script for my website. See, in the next version of my site, we are going to be accepting writing from all of the members on my message board. Right now, we just use a forum, but it isn't cutting it so we need something that will be it's own section. Enough of the reason, though, here is what I need:

Ok, there will be an 'Writing' section on the site, and when you go to this section, there will be a sub-section for every person who submits an article. On the main page when you go to this section, will be a kind of seperate home page, meaning it will include all of this:

- A list of top ranked 10 writers
- A link to view all writers
- 10 top ranked works

So people will have a choice to view all writers or just click a link to one of the top 10. If they choose to view all writers, they will come to a page with just a list of all writers, in alpabetical order. By clicking on the person's username, they will go to their profile (kind of) full of links to their works and also their name, age, and stuff. It should all integrate with the vB User table so people submit work with their username. They will submit work through a form on the website that should automatically post to their personal page (after we check it off, i do need moderation) and also send an email to the staff account. The work does not have to save to a database, it can be in flat file, the only database I want is the user one for vB so people can use their usernames and password to submit. I also want a search engine where people can search for a certain user or a certain work (optional, please include an estimate for with search engine and without it). I need an estimate on what this will cost, too, if you want to do it. I don't know how much I can pay (I'm only 15 and my site doesn't make any money, I'll try and stir up some donations), but if someone could give me an estimate, I'd appreciate it a lot.

Sounds very interesting. I might look into it.

Great, if you decide to try it out, could you send me a pm with an estimate of cost? Thanks.
