Moving Who's Online numbers to forumdisplay

Can anyone tell me how to simply list the number of online members, online guests and total online users on the forumdisplay template? Like on forumhome:
There are currently ## members and ## guests on the boards. I'd like it to list

The long Who's Online list currently in forumdisplay seems too large. I just want the total numbers for not only that board but all of the boards. Thanks.

Found the answer to my question by using Firefly's "Number of online users in header / footer!" hack.
