can't find the hack to show no permission to guests

I'm referring the one that shows a no permission to guests when they click on a thread. I've searched everywhere in the database and can't find it.

Then again, it might be nice to redirect them to the register page...

it's a hack by TECK, which he hasn't released here, just on teckwizards.com for vbHome users
