No permission

Hi guys,

I have been here on VB.org for about 3 months now and i have a VB licensed user. I have never had any problems reaching or downloading an attachment before but.......

I went to look at the VBlite gallery hack and i get a no permission error :(You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
