Glow tags around the place

Another question/suggestion....

I remember reading an article a few weeks ago saying that the glow attribute in HTML isn't compatible in certain browsers (Netscape 4 if i remember correctly) - can someone confirm this for me..

My suggestion is that vbulletin.org removes the glow tags wherever they may be situated around the site because if i remember correctly it just outputs a blank page for certain users

Confirmation from a friend of mine:


In the header the light black glow around the no. of online users is invisble in Netscape 6 and it looks ridiculoulsy bright. However the yellow online glow in threads works for some reason.

That still looks okay without the glow, but the Online ones would look just as un-noticable as the offline IMO. :-/
