avatar problem

Hi everytime i go to change or add an avatar to my usercp on my forums it says that its in the wrong format :p

even though its a .jpg or .gif it still returns this error :S

i chmodded all my files to 777 but alas its still a problem :ermm:

Well a solution was kinda reached here:

If that doesn't work then upgrade to 2.2.9 if your not already using it...

Also if you have no hacks installed report it to vbulletin.com as a bug :p
