Well this i do beleive will be my first post here, after spending a long time in the last week shifting through the hacks, lol.

After having spent the best part of the last week adding hacks and template mods with my co-admin we finally decided to post the url and details.

The community is called Extreme Entertainment (http://www.extremeentertainment.net) and the forums have far too many hacks/template mods for me to sit down and list now.

The actual community is just growing, board has only been open a week. But it's a place for ppl of any age to come and chat about anything to do with entertainment; Movies, Music, Games and much more too.

As an addition, if anyone is interested; JH, my co-admin, will be releasing the postbit soon, it will be available through the postbit mods at vbt and more than likely here too (if not then i will post it here).

Looks great!! Love the front page, nice a simple.. not too cluttered

Tthat "register now" popup is DISTURBINGLY annoying. There are javascripts out there that will allow you to have that popup ONLY the first time the visitor visits the website. This would make it much less intrusive.

lol, that was only really because we got so many guests coming to the forum just to play the bloody arcarde games. I'll have a look and see if i can find anything that will limit the amount of times it comes up.

thanks for the positive feedback. It's the first time we have really started directly showing the board off and I wasn't sure what ppl would think.

Just make the games require registration.

Nice home page, only thing is you should make your own style.

yeah, my co-admin is working on a skin for the site. Right now we just wanted to get some styles on so the members could have some choices until we got things in order

Agreed, putting in your own style makes it look more like you've done more work on it then to add something pre-made.
