border problem

ive have two images to show my problem. the border wont apear when i try to go to a search or if i'm already registered.

pretty nice lookin forums, i had the same problem, when u added ur banner.... did u take out all the other Sh*t? like the <!---buttons---!>

and all that Sh*t? if so, add the original header.... then just place ur banner in where the old one used to be :)
