and the password something the same with small letters cap'ed letters and numbers.

The forum (http://www.idatai.net/study/bbs) what you said isn't vbb. It's a Chinese made,name is Discuz! 1.01.
I add the copyright on my forum footer,but I must have to buy something on th vbulletin.Otherwise I am still no Customer number and password.

@IDatai: I'm also a student and have bought a license of vb, it's possible yes :)

vBulletin is a commercial product, many coders have worked on it and want money for it, which is understandable.
Once you have bought it, all updates for one year and all hacks released here are free for you
