Ok, this is kind of a different way to gague seniority in the forums.
In some threads and forums you have the option to rate the thread. In this case you can rate the person himself/herself on her postings. I.e. if they post crap, someone can give them a low score, if they post some nice stuff like graphics or are excedingly nice, they'd get a higher score. This could be rated by any of the forum members with the reason(s) why and it'd be in the postbit, and if you click on the score you could see why they were given that rating, and any crappy reason like "I didn't like how he talked on another forum/thread/post" can be taken out by a moderator. Each vote is put on a moderator log and any mod/admin/designated user can check and aprove any of them, except for ones that are about them (for obvious reasons)...

Also, the latest votes listed in their profile

Now I have NO idea how hard this would be to make but I'd like to get some idea of how hard. If you know how hard and/or would like to take a crack at it please post

I could try to add my Vote Site hack in some1's User Profile.
Only thing you've to to then is making a button or link
under some'1 posts.

I'f you rate some1 the average will be shown......so.....

Sounds nice, perhaps I'll use a default postbit with a link ending with the vB code for user-number (is there such a thing?) or would I have to manually set up their voting?

That seems to be a "latest post" kinda hack, but that'd kick arse also, to have the most recent comments listed in the user profile
*adds to request*

[edit] yeah, now that I actually LOOK at it I see what you ment, the little drop down menu. yeah, thats nice but I'd like comments so people dont' just post low or high ratings for no reason
