to download hacks and get support you will need to go to this (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page) - get your friend to do this for you.

Rebel, your friend is the owner of the vb, so tell him he should enter your E-mail you use here into the form Erwin told ya, and you'll get what you need :)
