Free styles??

My boss just bought an vBulletin License and he's a bit cheap... he wants free styles and pics (I know ... cheap cheap). Are there any site we I can get them for free??

Well some people will do Free Templates but you will ahve to talk to them over AIM...etc or you will have to learn to make your own which is not very hard
