Sticky/poll/Announcement text bold and different color

Like in this forum, how can i change the sticky stuff to a different color and bold. Thanks.

In admin cp > vBulletin options.Scroll down to Prefix for Sticky threads and put whatever prefix you want to change it to,and use html to specify colour and font.

Here is an example of what i use on my board;

<font color="#FF6600"><b>Important:</b></font>

but obviously change the Hex value and Prefix to whatever you want.
