How can i center all the forums/categories and the banner, so everything is centered?

Add:

<center>

At the top of your header template below the <body> tag.

Then add:

<center>

At the bottom of your footer template above the </body> tag. See if that helps.

yea... cept i added this border edit.... but it not aligned, sometimes it misaligned.... then i hit refresh and its aligned
