I was wondering if there could be a support ticket hack that is integrated with vbulletin users.
I have a couple of admins and when a user contacts an admin it sends it to 5 different emails because it sends it to 5 different admins. That is how i set it up.
But I would like it so that there is one area you can go so all admins can see the ticket and then when an admin replies to it the support ticket will show the other admins reply and you know that someone has answered the support ticket. This will stop the fact that 5 people reply to the persons aemail to the admins.
I think this would an awesome idea because mostly all hosts have this and I thought it would be really cool to have vbulletin have this for VB2
VB2 all the way. lol.
Long live VB2.
