I am starting a new premium members section to my site (for the paying crowd) and wondered what everyone does extra for the contributing members?

Right now I am offering:

You personal photo album will be 5 megs instead of the standard 1.5 meg
You can use Message Tracking (see if your PM's have been read)
You can send PM's to 5 Buddies at a time (normally just 1)
You can forward PM's to 5 members at a time (normally just 1)
You Have Access to the Premium Members Only Forum
You will belong to the Premium Member group.
A Premium Member Plaque under your name. (optional)
You will get the chance to vote on some of the issues that effect the site.
You will receive access to the Usenet groups
You will recieve a larger PM limit

What does everyone else do?

- Access to Secret Forum, where they get access to up to date tech news/downloads/and other multimedia
- Make There own Forums within my forum
- Get there site banner rotated as sponsor (can be edited in there usercp)
- Special Gift Certificates (Which I get for free :D)
- Larger PM Box

That is about all :)
***Its a new feature which I have been developing for my site, it allows a certain usergroup to use the PM Box to email users as well, and when they get email it goes to there PrivateMail Box, there are two sections 1 for board messages, and one for emails

Easy, get a javascript that rotates banners, then I make a field in the profile where they define the name of the site, url of the image and url of the site. Then the javascript justs pulls from the database, and just rotates the banners

I just let paying members have a special icon. Everything else has so far been the same... maybe I should change things a bit... :) Give them more perks... I am loathe to do it as I want to keep the site as free as I can...

Well, I keep everything free at my site, I have one button at the bottom, that says, "Help the site stay alive". The users contribute, they don't know there are benifits, well most of them don't anyways, and are really greatful, they have donated much to the community, when we were in need. Which of nothing I asked (seems sort of rude to ask :()

When someone helps me, I like to help them :)

Only few days from now, I will be taking my Contributing Benifits Program Public :)
