Now I can't donwload attachments. There is a problem on your site.
My customer number Is all right (it works 1 week before). All is all right.

Soo, what is the problem ? Because it's important to me to repare this problem rapidly.

Go to the form in members area and enter your EMAIL you use her into it.

the method of checking legal users has been changed...

if it doesn't work, go to your profile and submit it without any changes, normally it should actualise your status then

Corbu, to download hacks you will need to go to this (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)

i think that's a bad idea to make it show you're a valid customer. I'm a moderator on a forum and i try to find hacks my my administrator to add. Once i find, i send to him and he adds. His forum is registered and paid for. This is ridiculous.

there are three field in that form, just tell your admin he should enter your email there and you'll be able to download the hacks, too
