I think I may have someone giving out their password for ex-mods to view my moderator forum.
Is there a way I can track username/IP for anyone who goes into a "private" (mods) forum?

Well, you shouldn't pw-protect your privat forums, but set up permissions, so just actual mods can get in
then you can check out the ips a users users and find out if a mod account is users by more isps

Why not just remove the ex-mod's password? or change it.

That is how its setup... Only mods can get in.. but someone I think is sharing a username/password, so a non-mod can view the forum.
I can't be online 24 hrs a day.. A log would be better.

Then I think you should pick your moderators wisely .. I trust my moderators, otherwise they wouldn't be mods. Perhaps you should revise your current staff.
