hi does anyone know a FREE place that allows vB's cuz i tried some sites[payed] and got ripped off so i dont wanna do that again

You will find very few hosts that will meet the requirements to power vB. You best bet is to look in the forums at vB.com regarding hosting and find a reputable host there.

If you want a Free host then you must post here as vB.com don't allow you to discuss free hosts there. However there was a forum dedicated to Paid Hosts there where you should be able to find a reputable host that won't rip you off.

As I said above, you will be very lucky to find a free host that will be suitable to run vB.
There are no free hosts that are reliable, end of story.
