I purchased Vbulletin this year, and I registered here and thought that I followed the instructions, but I still can't download a hack. I get the page that states that I am not autorized to view this page. I also tried to PM a mod before posting this and wasn't allowed to do that either.

Any help much appreciated!

Doc203, to download hacks you will need to go to this (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/vbulletin.org.php) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)

once again your right on the money... I had a different e-mail address entered when I registered than what I had put into the page that you directed me to.

Yep, that was it. You're now showing up as licensed. :)

I am having the same problem. I contacted one of the mods and they at least changed it so that I could access the topics about the hacks, but I still can't actually download the hacks.

The email address I am registered with is already in my list on vbulletin.com along with this username (which is the same un I am using on vbulletin.com).

JustAskJulie, try going into your User CP and then Edit Profile, and submit the form (without making any changes).
