You must have your Customer Number and Customer Password which I think is bothed recieved in the E-Mail you get from James Limm(I think) after you have bought vBulletin.

i didnt get a vB psswrd or un can like someone go Copy and Paste it and like email it to me i really need to if somoen will install it for me i will be happy :)

Where should anybody here get your pass from m8? You got a mail when you bought it, and in that mail you will find your pass etc....

If you haven't recived the email yet then send an email to sales@vbulletin.com with the details of your order.

You should already have the details to have added yourself to be able to post here. It would have been sent to the email address you parents gave when they ordered it.

If you don't know your customer information, you can request it be sent to your email address using this form:

Ask your parents to tell you which email they used to sign up with vB. They should have received an email with your license information.
