how to display individual thread rating on top of each post?

Hi, with all the thread ratings, I am interested to see a simple hack to display individual thread rating each user gives for the thread beside their post. I would like this is particular useful if someone wants their forum to store user reviews with ratings.

You can easily edit the code so that it will be displayed to all visitors (or members) instead of Admins..
