How can I makefor when your reading a post, the subject be above the first post, and big in size. I think I have somewhat of an idea, but it didn't work, so what would I have to do?

Well, you should be able to use $thread[title] in your showthread template...

<td><smallfont>$pagenav


Replace with


<td><smallfont>$pagenav<BR><center><h3>$thread[title]</h3></center>

Try this.

In functions.php, find:


$nav_title=$threadinfo[title];


Replace with:


$nav_title="";


Untested, but should work.

assassin, your sigimage is to big, it's not allowed to be over 20k byte in size.

Also you can't have Text AND image in your sig, just one of that.

It worked but I couldnt get it to center right. I blame being lazy.
