I'm creating a gaming site. It's going to be a lot like ign (http://www.ign.com)
I Need
A Director Of Design
You make the main design
You get to boss all the other designers around.
The content people tell you what they need, its your job to tell the other graphics people to make what the content people asked for.
You are in charge that the graphics get done on time.
You make the most money when the site starts to make some.
I only need 1. The most qualified person gets the job.
Regular Graphics Artist
You listen to the Director Of Design
You make a lot of the buttons i.e: one of the content people just finished making a review, they want it on the mainpage. they tell the director of design to get you to make something like this (http://media.ign.com/ign/image/110802_dvd_mib2_hub2.jpg)
It's not that much work, and you'll get paid a good amount for not doing that much work.
I need about 5-10 graphic artists
Requirements
Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro Experience
You have to be good with PS or PSP
What You Get
Nothing now. This will eventually turn into a paying job once the site gets popular.
