Users logged & get other user account!!

Guys...recently some members tellingme that it happens that when they visit the forum home page, sometimes somehow they the forum welcome them as a different user!!!

at last one told me he logged in and suprised when he saw my username at the welome message?

I don't know if I have to trsu them and it is true or fake?

but what shall I do.. if this is right?

Are links being posted with user session hashes in the URLs?

If so, when somone clicks on them, if the source user is still logged in with that session hash, the "clicking" user will get logged in as that person.

Do not EVER include the "s=xxxx" parameter in URLs that you give to people.
