Where can I find this forum layout?

Webhostingtalk.com uses a special forum layout that I really like. I have seen this on several boards so I am wondering if there is a template hack already complete for this? I have searched and didn't come up with anything.

There are numerous additions to add a column to your forums index - it may require a bit of changes from align="left" to align="right" here and there but nothign extensive :)
