Hi guys, is it possible to create an hack to get this result?

Check Sticky topics. They are in an another category in the forumdisplaylist.

I think there's a hack here like that - it allows you to make a Sticky Topic show up in ALL forums.

Do a search in the Full Releases forum for the keyword "Sticky".
