Looking for two hacks, unsure of their names

Hello,
I'm looking for two simple hacks, but i am unsure of their names.

First one i am looking for is the one which allows you to put a background image in the forums category name cells,

Second one is the one which allows you to break the forum categories up, as you can see HERE: http://forums.off-topic.net/index.php?s=


I'm just after the names, however if u want to link me to the hack thats fine :p
