It's not released. It's a custom add-on for that site only I think. The admin of that site is "Kinox" who is a member here.

The admin is nano entity and the hack is made by him also and still in beta for what i gather from his posts.

it needs to b realeased ! its too damn good ie the way u upload using the same interface look as wen u post a new thread / reply

He will not be releasing it, not for money, not for free, as he has said in the past.

He has put in much effort to coding it, and I doubt he would like for it to be used on other sites other than his own.

I would suggest learning php, and then applying it to your site as a test project, you will be amazed of how much you will learn, and how proud you will be at the end ;)

Nano is a very talented coder but by the looks of what there its only minor modification to current vbulletin code...

Still an impossible task for me ;)
