Ok im not going to jump to conclusions but those buttons for 'Post Reply' and 'New Thread' are in a different color and dont have the left hand bracket but are identical otherwise to those for sale over at:

Well apart from that being a partial rip i would recommend this as quite a good buy for $20 (if you can get it)
