ok lets say for the hell of saying that I went to Wallmart and they had a internet connetion and I registarted at my board (as a member), then I went home, and loged into the name I just made, now the IP of the store would be different from my IP at home (that is common sence) but like when you search someones IP to see if they are more then 2 people or whatever, or just to cheak IPs (like to ban) well would the member have just the one IP? Both IPs? the Home IP? I am just cerious, cuz well at a website I go to I am becing acused of being the same person. and im just wanting to learn a little more about it ya know?

You can view the ORIGINAL IP the member registered with in their profile in User Profile of Admin CP, OR you can view ALL the IPs they use in their profile by clicking on the view IP addresses link at the top. Or you can view the LATEST IP in their latest post.
This basically shows you how inaccurate banning IPs usually is, and why most forums don't use this to ban people.
(edited to correct my stupid mistake)

This has never been the case for me, its allways shown the address they registred with there for most users.

Oops, you're right. It's the IP they registered with, not the latest one. The latest one is shown in their latest post. My mistake.
