How do I add the links to the Right side of the Welcome Panel?

Its the forumhome_welcomelogincode and forumhome_welcomelogoutcode depending on if the user is registred or a guest ;)

I know, but where asatcly and what would I add, If you just give me one link, I could do the rest, im not good at this HTML stuff :S can you just give me an example :S

Just add a normal link at the top of the template:

Well it wasnt the top of the teplate but I figured it out Thankx I might have a couple other tempalte questions, that maybe you could help me out with ;) But if not that would be ok, I will post them latter in a tread called Speedy's Template Questions, so I dont have to keep posting new things lol ;)
