Girl's Only Forum?

I have a few girls who I want to make a private forum for on my board. Not sure how to go about it. I want to make it so that admins mods and girls (says girl or female in custom user defined field) are the only ones who can post. Can I do this without a hack, and if not could someone help me out?

Make a new usergroup called "Girls" and make a private forum that is only viewable to that usergroup. You will have to manually assign girls to this usergroup. This is the quickest way to do this without a hack. Any other way will require hacking. If you make it automated, it is too easy for guys to pretend to be girls. It's better if you manually assign them.
