Where can i download templates from or get help for the post modifications

I am new to this, and am moving from a ubb forum. In ubb dev there is a ton of templates etc to use but here there doesnt seem to be a database or archive just alot of people selling things. Is there any good sites i should be looking at?

I would love to have the members post displayed like the pixel junction forums. I love that feel. All help greatly appreciated.

The best place to look would be vBulletinTemplates.com thats the biggest source for template edits, style sets and buttons :)
