Welcome Panel with Avatar "hack" Question

I've installed the Welcome Panel with avatar Hack... And it seems that I've lost or missed the part of how to put the LOGIN info in this area... below the links.

For those of you newer to this than I, it appears that when you LOG IN it goes away....... lol
