Does anyone know about this HACK - Is it a hack?

Of all the vb styles that I've seen this graphical window to KEY areas has been in my opinon the BEST. Does anyone know if there is a HACK for this?? Is it a Hack or a complete custom type job. and... How does one do that. I know its a far reaching question there is probably 1.5 million steps involved and if someone would like to use ME as a Tutorial I'd be happy to provide detailed feedback screenshots and the works. :) Thanks.

Indeed, it's looking great. I made something like that for my new design.(view the attached image).

It's not yet released. It's a little file modification to the index.php file and some new templates(around 4).

If i get some free time then i will post a tutorial to do something like that for your forum.
