Help With Welcome Panel

Hey, my grand opening is Monday and I relised that the avater in the Welcome Panel, it just doesnt look right . .. I mean look at this . . .

how can I make it so it is centerd from left to right, and top to bottom????

i think you need to add a valign="middle" to the <td> tag which contains:

$avatarurl
