guys.. when a member attaches a picture it is displayed as downloadable file.. but how can I show it?

bty I am using 2.28 and i am sure I enabled pics in the CP.

Check the vBulletin Options in the ACP.

In the vBulletin Options, not in the forum options. Its something like Show Images Inline.
