ver 2.6: For some reason hyper links that are created with vb code are opening in same window which makes it easy to close if you forget to hit back in browser.

Can someone point me to the php and or templates needed to add html code for a new window?

It must be that I need to upgrade to 2.8 and this will be fixed or atleast I hope.
