I have been avoid this request forum like a disease since all of my old requests has been ignored but one member encourage me to try one more time...
So here I am, however I d like to make a request for tutorial sections for Vbulletin. IBF have one, I d like to have one for vbulletin forum. Tutorials system contains several features such as upload, add, reviews, numbers of view, html/non-html support, rate, comments, download (save as html/or zip), categories, sections, and few.
Just like at http://www.fexboards.com/tutorials/ but IBF have even more than what that link have.
Anyone interesting? (hope so) I m getting better and better with PHP/MySQL but not that skill enough to do these. So here I am.

Since I aint skill enough and no one try this so I have no choice but how much? I m sure you know what I want from this tutorial system so how much will it cost you to make a hack like that?
HEHE... I do already have this made. With all the functions in that link you posted and more. PM me and we can talk about cost.

Neo, I might be interested in this hack to use to post articles on my new site. Is there a demo somewhere? PM me with some details.

Thanks for the post noX. I was using this hack with InvisionBoard before I upgraded to VB, and it's the only thing I miss about them. Here is a link to a site using the hack so you can see how it works, and a link to the discussion forum about this hack.
Site (http://www.fexboards.com/tutorials/)
Forum (http://www.ibresource.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=1&t=140)
I am looking to use this for an article database on my site (http://www.gardenercentral.com). I would like to create a new user group and have only them be able to post articles in this area, but allow it to be open to everyone for reading. No comments should be allowed on the articles, or they just become another forum. I would like to be able to organize the articles into different catagories. And lastly, I would like to move the author colum from the left of the post, to the end like a footer. This will allow the articles to post full screen so that I can post larger pictures in the artickes without having to scroll left and right to view them.
Thanks for the offer, and if I can be of any help, please let me know. I've only had my VB for two days, so I'm still trying to get used to the new template system, but I'll do what I can. :)

I think the "Submit Reply" button stuck there. :classic:
I don't think it really matters about the submission part. Couldn't that be edited through the permissions in the admin CP?

Please, if someone creates this hack, or knows of one already available - let me know! I've been waiting for a tutorial hack to be created for a long time.
I'm looking for something with fields for:
Title
Category
Introduction text
Step 1 text, Step 1 photo
Step 2 text, Step 2 photo, etc, etc.
Finishing thoughts
The number of steps could be chosen by the poster, and the articles would be categorized. Having it set so only certain members could submit articles would be okay, but it's not a big deal. Rating system would be nice, but not critical.
Thanks guys.
