Link to have activation email resent

I would like to add a link to this template that says something to the affect "Click here to have your account activated" then it will send a new activation email out to them.

I'm not sure how to contruct the URL to send out a activation email. Is it possible?

Nevermind I found the url

register.php?s=&action=requestemail

Why isn't this link on the above template, seems like it would be usefull, if someone accidently deleted their activation email.
