Hours after the release of VB Chat Hack 1.1....I have created this more colourful chat client in which all the hard work is done for you....

Simply upload the files in the ZIP folder to a directory on your server prefrably called 'chat'...

And finally read the instructions that come with it......

Hope you enjoy this hack..... :classic: :confused:

This hack also has an online users section so you can keep track of who is chatting :)

This should be released in the other thread, not as a new hack. Also I'd recomend naming the hacks with words people would use to search for this. The title of this hack tells me nothing ;)

So does this chat run in a pop-up window, or is it built into the page?

Also, does it run off of the users server, or is it IRC?

yeah the chat is run in a pop-up window....also its run from your own server....

Here's what i get when i enter my name to chat and hit submit:

Method Not Allowed
The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /chat/default.asp.

Is that a server issue?

I agree with NTLDR. You stated in your first post that you expanded on your first chat release, so this is more like an update rather than a new hack. :)

Sounds like your server doesn't support either ASP or the more than OBvious POST method...

I can't use ASP on my server ..
is there any chat like this chat use PHP or CGI or PERL

if you want to use ASP then I will host your website for you at a cheaper price you can find anywere else......just a suggestion as you will have more benefit and speed from your BB.
