Well I am looking to keep the same color scheme I have right now but want a header done as well as category images for all the "forum blocks".

Something cool along the lines of The "tech-style".

I would need the shout box, guest panel, and a link to the chat room.

who ever you get make you get a contract written contract between you and the designer and agree fees and times scales in writing

xD a 404 factory, that's great, lol. His site is kinda umm, crappy, you won't get many customers with a design like that >.> <.<
