[REQUEST] Rate the staff

Not sure if this has been done before, I have searched up and down and cant find it. Is one willing to create a hack that allowsw members on a forum to rate admin/smods/mods and other special user groups?

User will be able to give a 1 - 10 rating , make their comments on the staff etc. The results can be displayed publicy or within the admincp or modcp. this is just some crazy idea I came up with to see how the members like the staff.

it should be possible to change the karma hack to just work for staff members.

wouldn't this have the effekt you want?

Here's an addendum to that request.

How about a hack that allows the thread starter to rate the people who replied to his thread? This will be very useful in our tech support forums, where people who post questions can rate the quality of help they receive from users. Would be better if this can be toggled on and off per forum.

And if this was possible, how about a "rating" score automatically placed in the user's profile (doesn't necessarily have to be in the postbit, but in their profile page).

Im sorry I didnt really give the full description. but here it is

Okay think of this proposed hack as members grading the forum staff, ( you know like kids get report cards in school ) Basically this will allow moderator's to see what area's they need improvement in, I hope you get the picture so far. If a moderator gets lets say 20 good ratings from the members then at the end of the month his ratings are totaled to an A+ on his moderator report card. If the moderator gets 20 bad ratings, then his end of the month ratings are totaled to a F on his moderator report card. Or even better yet, lets say the moderator gets like hmmmm, mabe 120 good ratings, then he could be placed on a field to become a poptential Super Moderator.

I hope you get the point of it so far. If not let me know, im whilling to answere all questions. I think this will be a good addition to a forum. not only to keep members active BUT to also let the staff know where they stand and what they individually need to do to improve
