Sorry if this is in a wrong thread but I assume it can go here...

my forum/index.php has 33 queries on it and my load is at like 4.35....

Is this really bad if I start getting a lot of traffic on the site....with 33 queries I mean.

and also, how do I reduce those queries...I didnt think I put to many major things on there but I guess so....hhhmmm

well reducing queries is always a nice work ;)

some tips:
don't use queries IN a while loop
-- try to use one query outside and just use the fetch_array command in the loop. Most of the time you'll have to use a joined query instead of a query in a while loop

always add all used templates to the templateused variable (that'll also reduce queries)

Garoboldy,
Change the url to the images and file in the header template, to the FULL url of the images, this will fix that problem.
