okay here is my prob:
I want to hide buttons/links, but not for usergroups but for forum-permissions!
for example if it is not allowed to reply in one forum than the reply-button is not visible...
------------------------------------------------------------
my second prob is that the variables which I define in phpinclude-template are not available in other templates... (for exemple in postbit-template) I think I have tried all, I used scripts of others who sayed it works so...
thanks a lot!!!
I hope somebody can help me!!!!!!
(sorry for my english ;) )

you cannot do this by normal template changes, you have to hack..
a hack which would be the helpfullest i think:

okay... thank you!!! :(
I think thats not good solved in vbulletin!!!!
In some open-source forums like phpboard is it includet, that the grafik is only to see if the permissions are allowed it!!!
I cant hack the php-files because the customer want the update-abbility!!!
---anyway: thxxx for answering!!!

hmm, the customer has to decide weather he wants that feature and let you hack the files or don't let you hack and don't get the feature ;)

you are quiet good!!! :D
at first I have made an concept, where the feature is includet!!! ;)
so, I have to make this!
(only in the templates!!!)...
at the time, where I choose vbulletin, I thought it is standard that the buttons are only to see if you have the permissions!
