Need one single banner ad hack instead of 10 different ones

There are too many banner ad hacks and I have no idea which one will turn out to be what I need. will somebody create an all purpose banner ad hack?

Apply Dynamic Forum Home Announcements (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=43194) and instead of using the announcement box for announcements, put your banner code inside. If you want to display your banner under different conditions you can set conditionals too..
