Admin function error

When ever I edit admin/functions.php I always end up with an error on line 816. No matter what the hack is if it involves editting functions I always seem to get an error. I'll post exact error in a min.

Edit: here are the two errors I get

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/videogam/public_html/testsexy/admin/functions.php on line 816

and this one

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: vbsetcookie() in /home/videogam/public_html/testsexy/admin/sessions.php on line 204

Mono what do you have on line 816 of admin/functions.php? regards...

Well it was cpanel just messing up. I use ftp now and it works fine.
