Cleaning up old code after importing from ikonboard

Hi all!

I just did an import from Ikonboard and now my site is filled with old code that doesn't work anymore. Meaning old emoticons, fonts, and more are now in code. It's like this in almost every post.

Is there some kind of script to fix this?
